1. Does tempur mattress can be used with other basis than the fixed or adjustable tempur?
Yes, provided you meet the following requirements:
* That is totally flat
* It must be rigid and not sink, (no box spring)
* It must be the same size mattress
* Preferably wood (frame rate)
* If it is of boards, that these are not separated by more than 7 cm and not sink
2. How to condition a Tempur® mattress, pillow, cushion?
Getting used to the feel
If you’re used to a traditional mattress, pillow, cushion, your new Tempur-Pedic mattress, pillow, cushion may feel different at first. But don’t worry—you and your mattress, pillow, cushion will adjust to each other.
Mattresses: As you sleep on the mattress, it will respond to your body weight and temperature, conforming to your body, and feeling more “natural“. This “break in“ period lasts for a couple of weeks. During this time, the TEMPUR cells are fully opening—so they can optimally adjust to temperature changes and weight.
It’s important to note that after it’s completely broken in, your mattress retains the responsiveness it has straight from the factory. The TEMPUR cells offer their conforming support for years to come.
3. How often it is recommended to wash the exterior cover (this applies only to Tempur® covers that have zipper in the perimeter)?
It is recommended that you wash it every three or four months.
4. Should I vacuum Tempur® products?
No, it is not recommended.
5. What if the Tempur® product gets wet?
If the mattress, pillow, cushion is in contact with liquid or a water source and it reaches the inside of the product, its structure will be damaged; eventually it will lose resilience, and hinder performance.
Please cover your mattress, pillow, cushion with a protector, sold as an accessory; it has a PU coat to stop liquids without losing breathability.
6. New product smell?
That "new product" smell
Some people notice a slight odor to their new mattress, pillow, cushion—this can come from our TEMPUR material manufacturing process. This smell is normal and usually disappears before the product reaches you. Sometimes, however, this smell may still be noticeable. It usually disappears after a few weeks.
There is no health hazard.
7. Can you use any product to remove the smell of Tempur® Products?
Not recommended to use deodorants, chemicals that can damage the Tempur® material.
8. Does the Tempur® mattress, pillow, cushion raise the user's body heat?
No, Tempur products perform very well when you feel comfortable with your room temperature. Tempur® material does not produce pressure points, your blood vessels are not compressed and your body keeps its normal temperature.
Adjusting to room temperatures
Tempur-Pedic mattress, pillow, cushion are sensitive to temperature—that’s what helps them conform to your body and give you that famous support. In rooms of 65° F or less, your mattress, pillow, cushion will feel a bit firmer, but when you lie/lean on it, it will respond to your body temperature and become softer.

1. Can the foundation be placed without metal frame?
It is recommended that you always set it with metal frame; the metal frame has legs and wheels, and it is designed to support a fixed base without it being damaged.
2. Can the foundation be placed on a metal frame without wheels?
Yes, here we recommend that you place legs into rubber molds to avoid scratching or sliding with the floor.
3. How much weight withstands a foundation?
Individual short and long-Individual: 150 kg including mattress
Short and long double bed: 175 kg including mattress
Queen: 210 kg including mattress
4. Is it possible to spray the fixed base for cleaning?
Not recommended to be made, remember that the spray wet the item and this can damage
5. What is the guarantee of a foundation?

The fixed bases and the metal frame, with 5 years in their structure, against manufacturing defects or defective materials used
The upholstery fabric is not warranted.
Note: When replacing or repairing the removal costs are borne by the buyer.
6. What factors disabling the warranty of the foundation base?
The limited warranty does not apply if the damage is attributable to:
a) the disproportionate use by the buyer
b) if the base has been poorly managed or wet
c) an electric shock
d) adjustments or repairs by unqualified personnel
e) if used without metal frame
